STOP THE MADNESS! - defend democracy
This is not business as usual. Our government is spiraling into chaos: reckless, unaccountable, and out of control. Our Representatives must restore order, draw the line, and put the people first. Congress must act and Stop the Madness!
These next couple of weeks are some of the most critical in our recent history. The general election is Nov 3rd; the state of NC must certify election results on Nov 24th; and the newly formed Congress is sworn in on Jan 3rd. There are many known and unknown threats from the current administration and it's enablers and we fully expect illegal interference to occur. This is why we need the citizens to come out and remind others that we all have a moral and civic duty to DEFEND DEMOCRACY. Moreover, our elected leaders and federal employees--to include military--have a sworn legal obligation to, "support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic."

FRC is committed to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events. NC State Law prohibits this, as well as numerous local ordinances throughout NC, to include Fayetteville.
